Position Overview: Behavior Technician ll

The San Bernardino School District is seeking dedicated and compassionate Behavior Technicians to support students with diverse learning and behavioral needs within a school-based setting. The Behavior Technicians will work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), School Psychologist, and/or Special Education team to implement behavior intervention strategies, support academic engagement, and promote positive student outcomes.

Location: San Bernardino School District – San Bernardino, CA

Position Type: Full-Time (30-35 hours/week)

Caseloads:  Opportunities K-12th

Compensation: $28.00-30.00 per hour

Contract Duration: August 2026 – June 2027

Requirements:

-2+ years of professional experience working with the special education population and an updated resume to reflect this experience

-Comfortable working with students on the spectrum with Autism, non-verbal, minor aggression, and toileting if needed

-The ability to complete and pass a Drug Screen, Background Check, and TB Test
