Part Time Bilingual Receptionist

Pay: $19.00/hour Location: Philadelphia, PA 19140 Schedule: Mondays, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Position Summary

Seeking a friendly and professional Bilingual Receptionist (English/Spanish) to support front desk operations and provide excellent customer service in a healthcare office environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist visitors, patients, and callers
• Answer phones, route calls, and take messages
• Schedule and confirm appointments
• Verify insurance and update patient information
• Collect copays and payments
• Maintain records, forms, and office documentation
• Process faxes, correspondence, and medical records
• Manage provider calendars and clinic schedules
• Assist with general administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• Fluent in English and Spanish
• 2+ years of receptionist, healthcare, or medical office experience preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and EMR systems
