Job Opportunity
This is a night shift position, running from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM, covering Saturday, Sunday, and Monday evenings. The role involves providing X-ray and CT imaging in both the Emergency Department (ED) and for inpatients. No on-call duties are required.
Qualifications
- Required Certifications: ARRT R, ARRT CT, BLS, SC Radiology License
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in the field
- At least 1 year of experience with the EPIC charting system is required
- Consideration for first-time travelers based on experience
Responsibilities
- Perform X-ray and CT imaging procedures for ED and inpatient patients
- Transport patients as needed between the ED and imaging department
- Communicate effectively with off-site radiologists during assigned hours
- Utilize Epic - Radiant for imaging documentation and communication
Work Environment
- Staffing includes two technicians covering both X-ray and CT
- Floating to other units or campuses may be required based on staffing needs, with limitations to areas where competencies have been documented
- Participate in a primary stroke center environment
