Position: Per Diem Psych PBX Receptionist (Weekends) This role assists with visitation, property, and front‑desk operations. The person must be flexible in scheduling. Responsibilities Back up and assist the receptionist to ensure a smooth process during visitation. Check in visitors, direct traffic, manage visitor flow, and escort visitors to cafeteria or gym. Assist with property check‑in and contraband screening; educate visitors on visitation process. Answer phone calls and deliver property to units as needed. Resolve issues at the front desk. Communicate with nurses, mental‑health technicians, and visitors regarding visitation. Provide outstanding customer service to all visitors, vendors, medical staff, and employees. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent. 1 year experience in behavioral healthcare or customer service. Strong communication skills. Flexible schedule. Bilingual preferred. Team player.
