Telemarketer - State Farm Agent Team Member

If you can handle high call volume, stay positive through the "no's," and love talking to people - this is your lane. Responsibilities
- Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals.
- Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
- Make a minimum of 40-50 outbound calls per hour
- Make minimum of 1- 2 live pass offs to the production team per hour
- Hourly pay plus commission/bonus
- Flexible hours
- Growth potential/Opportunity for advancement within my agency

- Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening
