Position Overview

We're hiring part time and full time connectors who bring ENERGY


If you can handle high call volume, stay positive through the "no's," and love talking to people - this is your lane.

Responsibilities

• Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals.
• Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
• Make a minimum of 40-50 outbound calls per hour
• Make minimum of 1- 2 live pass offs to the production team per hour

As an Agent Team Member, you will receive

• Hourly pay plus commission/bonus
