Southern 441 Toyota is seeking a dedicated Facilities Manager Assistant to support the maintenance and smooth operation of our dealership located in Royal Palm Beach, FL. This position offers an hourly wage of $16.00, paid bi-weekly, and is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are detail-oriented and eager to contribute to a dynamic team. Responsibilities
- Assist the Facilities Manager in overseeing the daily operations and maintenance of the dealership's physical premises.
- Coordinate repairs and maintenance services with vendors and contractors.
- Ensure all facilities are compliant with safety and health regulations.
- Monitor the condition of equipment and facilities, reporting any issues to management promptly.
- Support inventory management of maintenance supplies and equipment.
- Help with scheduling and supervising janitorial and maintenance staff as needed.
- Maintain accurate records related to facility management activities.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in facilities management or a related role is preferred.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic knowledge of maintenance and repair procedures.
- Familiarity with safety regulations and compliance.
- Reliable and able to handle physical tasks as required.
