ServiceNow Technical PM / Delivery Manager

Role Description

ServiceNow Technical PM / Delivery Manager – This is a remote opportunity.

Purpose:

• Provide contract-facing delivery control, sprint reporting, staffing continuity, invoice-period support, and quality review.

Role Summary:

• Technical PM/delivery manager with ServiceNow or application O&M experience.
• Manage the contract rhythm without overburdening the key developer.
• Coordinate sprint planning inputs, weekly status reporting, risk/issue tracking, staffing coverage, COR communications, invoice-period reporting, quality review, and compliance follow-through.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of technical project or delivery management experience.
• Federal contract delivery experience.
• Experience managing Agile/Kanban software sustainment or O&M.
• Experience with sprint status reporting, risks/issues, staffing coverage, and deliverable acceptance.
• Ability to manage a small technical team without adding unnecessary overhead.
• Experience coordinating with CORs, Product Owners, business testers, security staff, and platform teams.
• Understanding of change control and release governance.
• Ability to enforce contract restrictions, including no use of generative AI for deliverables unless authorized by the Contracting Officer.

Requirements

• ServiceNow delivery experience.
• GSA MAS task order experience.
• Library, federal civilian, or cultural/records agency experience.
• PMP, CSM, SAFe, ITIL, or equivalent.
• Experience managing FFP sprint-based invoicing.
