Your primary responsibility will be to coordinate and oversee production activities, ensuring that all tasks are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.Essential Functions:Enter & maintain lamination starts in OBMS, per the production projectionMaintain line rates & spray sequence based on mold rotation & availability.Review sales orders for accuracy, option compatibility, and special instructionsCreate weekly production schedule for all applicable departmentsCreate & distribute Hard Copies & HIN PlatesLoad & sequence Shop Floor startsProcess order change requests, follow order change approval process, and update hard copies accordinglyMaintain ATS dates in OBMSMaintain Process Days in OBMSCreate & maintain monthly Available to Ship listVerifies daily productionPerform weekly WIP audit & reportPerform other duties, as requiredDiversity of thought and experiences is fundamental when imagining the unimaginable. Certain skillsets/experiences are necessary; however, others can be developed along the way.Required Qualifications:1-3+ years of experience with production scheduling and planningAmple experience with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel requiredExperience with AS400 / OBMS systems requiredExperience with Shop Floor, Profound, and other MES systems a plusExperience with financial systems a plusExperience in boat manufacturing or complex platform manufacturing (aerospace) a plusAbility to think and react quickly and remain flexible a mustStrong capability for logical and analytical thinking a mustExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work overtime and adjust work schedule as neededThe hiring range for this position is $62,800 - $90,500 annually. The actual base pay offered will vary based on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, relevant experience, business needs, and geographic location. Compensation decisions are dependent upon the specifics of the candidate's qualifications and the business context.In addition to base pay, this position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
