We're hiring an Assistant Manager in Kearney, NE to help oversee store operations, support staff and deliver a positive customer experience. This is a hands-on leadership role ideal for someone with retail or convenience store experience who enjoys coaching a team and keeping things running smoothly.

Schedule:
Monday - Friday, 1:00 PM - 9:00 PM + every other weekend (45 hours/week)

What You'll Do:

Support daily store operations and ensure smooth workflow
Supervise, coach and motivate team members
Assist with inventory management and performance tracking
Monitor customer transactions and ensure excellent service
Maintain a clean, safe and organized store environment
Help lead daily housekeeping and safety standards
Assist with scheduling, training and employee development

What You Bring:

Previous management or supervisory experience (retail preferred)
Strong leadership and communication skills
Experience with inventory, store operations or performance management
Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
Reliable, organized and team-focused mindset
