Automotive Sales Lot Attendant/Porter

Sheehy Lexus of Annapolis is seeking a Sales Lot Attendant/Porter to join our team. As the Lot Porter, you will be focused on cleaning and moving vehicles around the dealership as needed and helping the Sales Managers as requested. You will coordinate with fellow employees to ensure timely deliveries and customer satisfaction. Experience is not required; we will provide training. Benefits include: Health, Vision, and Dental Insurance Paid Maternity & Paternity after one year of employment Start earning PTO on your 1st day of employment Paid Training Career Advancement 401(K) and profit sharing Responsibilities Make sure all inventory vehicles are clean and presentable to the public Before the final sale, ensure the car is ready for delivery Ensure that buyer guides and stock tags are placed in cars per company and government guidelines Drive vehicles to and from the service lane, service stalls, and parking lot as needed Cleans driveway and walkways, removing debris, ice, and snow as necessary Make key tags for and handle inventory of vehicles Ensure that all vehicle keys are returned to the appropriate location; assure that all cars in the lot(s) are locked, with the windows rolled up, and keys securely stored Follow all company policies and procedures. Inform supervisor of any illegal activity Consistently remain engaged with management, team leads, fellow team members, and processes to foster successful working relationships with all internal and external customers; maintain follow-up systems that encourage repeat and referral business and contribute to customer satisfaction Immediately communicate with management whenever a concern or situation arises Requirements Able to work flexible schedules and some weekends Positive attitude, can-do mentality, confident, outgoing personality, eagerness to improve Professional attitude and the ability to deliver best-in-class customer service Reliable transportation to and from work every single day Authorized to work in the USA Must have the ability to pass a pre-employment background screening, motor vehicle records check, and drug test Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record Our company maintains a strong policy of equal employment opportunities for all associates.
