Senior Program Analyst

Description

SAIC is seeking a Senior Program Analyst to support our growing Reconfigurable Air Defense (RAD) capability at various locations in CONUS and OCONUS located onsite at Fort Sill, OK.

Key Responsibilities:

Procurement Coordination & Tracking

• Coordinate and track procurement actions across the RAD portfolio, including purchase requests, subcontract actions, and vendor onboarding activities

• Interface with SAIC subcontracts, procurement, and contracts teams to facilitate timely execution of procurement actions

PowerPoint Briefings & Presentations

• Develop and refine executive-level and working-level PowerPoint briefings for program reviews, customer meetings, and internal leadership updates

• Translate complex technical and programmatic information into clear, visually compelling presentations

Sole Source Justifications

• Draft and coordinate Sole Source Justifications (SSJs) in support of new vendor additions to the portfolio

• Research and document technical rationale, market analysis, and regulatory compliance requirements in accordance with FAR/DFARS guidelines

Rough Order of Magnitude (ROM) Development

• Support development of ROMs for new work efforts, contract modifications, and emerging requirements

• Ensure ROM documentation is accurate, well-supported, and formatted to customer expectations

Qualifications

Required Education and Experience:

• Bachelors and ten (10) years' of relevant experience; additional four (4) years of experience accepted in lieu of degree.

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite ; advanced PowerPoint skills strongly preferred

• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interface effectively with government customers and internal stakeholders

• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously

• Experience supporting supply chain management and oversight or other production and distribution center functions.

Required Security Clearance:

• Must be able to obtain a Secret clearance. Clearance not needed to start.
