Unit Information:

Number of Beds: 24

Number of Staff: 50

Type of Staff:

• Day Shift 1 CNC, 12 RN's, 1 Unit Secretary, 1-3 sitters/week
• Night Shift 1 CNC, 12 RN's, 1-3 sitters/week

Patient Ratios: 1:1 or 1:2

Type of Equipment: Vents, Swans, Impella's, Balloon pumps

Must have: candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role.

Preferred or nice to have: candidates with these skills will be considered first.

List Typical Procedures Performed on Unit(s): Intubation, Central lines, bronchoscopy, EVD's, ICP monitoring, Swan Pacers, Bolts

Best Personality Fit: Excellent customer service skills

Required Certifications: BLS, ACLS

Floating Area(s): Doctors ICU

Dress Code: Scrub Color/Attire - Royal Blue

Unit Guidelines/Policies:

Weekends and On call (if any): Every other weekend, may be placed on call if not needed on the shift they are scheduled to work but only for that shift. No other call expectations.
