Employee Discounts on Parts & Services. Referral Bonuses for Qualified Candidates. As a Stress-Free Auto Care Technician, You’ll Diagnose and repair a wide range of automotive systems. Collaborate with a skilled, supportive team. Interact with customers to deliver transparent, high‑quality service. Work in a shop built around respect, communication, and continuous improvement. Pay/Years of Experience Breakdown A Level (7–10+ years) – Up to $75 an hour. B Level (2–7 years) – Up to $50 an hour. Tire Tech/C Level (6 months–2 years) – Up to $32 an hour. Physical Requirements Occasionally lift and/or move over 50 pounds. Be able to work with tools on vehicles lifted above the head. Work in tight spaces as dictated by the vehicle’s needed repair. Have the needed dexterity to efficiently use hand‑tools. Walk/stand for the majority of the workday. Drive manual‑transmission vehicles. Keep a brisk work pace in a high‑volume environment.
