Server

Each server's primary objective is to show our guests such an exceptional dining experience they will want to return again and again.

Skills and abilities:

Deliver the highest quality service to guests at all times
Has strong knowledge of commonly-used concepts, best practices, and procedures in a restaurant
Highly proficient in product, food and beverage knowledge
Make recommendations and suggestive sell items you genuinely feel your guests will enjoy
Assist in maintaining a clean, safe working environment

Attributes:

Must maintain excellent customer service skills
Must possess passion and knowledge for food and beverage offerings
Promote and participate in a strong team effort
Communicate effectively and positively with guests and fellow employees

Education/requirements:

High school diploma or GED preferred
Valid California food handler certification
Minimum 1 year experience in a high volume, fast-paced full service restaurant
