Payments Operations Analyst

We are currently seeking a Payments Operations Analyst for a consulting opportunity with a financial services client. Responsibilities Support a remediation effort across ACH, debit card, wire, P2P, and electronic payment operations. Review dispute processes, including intake, investigation, provisional credit, notifications, escalations, and case closure. Analyze transaction and dispute data to identify exceptions, control gaps, customer impact, and recurring defects. Reconcile impacted populations and validate remediation results. Qualifications 3+ years in fraud operations, payment operations, disputes, operational risk, compliance, or banking remediation. Hands‑on experience with ACH, wires, debit cards, or other electronic payments. Exposure to Excel and payments operating systems.
