Required Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Current state licensure (or eligibility) as an SLP
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred, though strong CFY candidates are encouraged to apply
  • Experience in a school setting, including IEP development and delivery of direct therapy
  • Strong communication and collaborative skills, with a knack for working alongside families and educational staff
  • Organizational skills for effective caseload management and data tracking

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments and screenings to identify speech, language, and communication needs
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
  • Provide direct therapy services to students, both individually and in group settings
  • Document student progress and maintain necessary records in compliance with school and state requirements
  • Participate in IEP meetings, contributing expertise to support comprehensive student planning
  • Engage with teachers, staff, and families to facilitate carry-over strategies for classroom and home environments
