Full-time residential HVAC service technician in Spartanburg, SC. $41,600-$62,400/yr, a $1,500 bonus at 90 days, overtime most weeks, PTO and paid holidays, and a company vehicle.

Upstate Home Maintenance Services is a residential service and install company serving the Spartanburg, SC area.

Day to day, techs wear a few hats: service calls, installations, repairs, and new construction when it comes up.

We're growing the team and looking for a tech who wants to be a real part of the crew, someone who can make a real mark and have a place to belong for the long haul.

We're hiring one experienced tech who wants variety in the work, a team that backs them, and a real seat on a smaller, family-style crew. Start is ASAP.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Running residential service and repair calls
• Installing residential HVAC systems
• New construction installs when they come up
• Switching between call types instead of getting stuck in one lane
• Pitching in wherever the crew needs you
• Some weekend and on-call coverage as needed
• Keeping job sites clean and making sure homeowners are taken care of

Who We're Looking For:

You take pride in your work, and you show up for your teammates. You'd rather hustle with a crew that knows each other than do the bare minimum, and you want to be someone the shop counts on.

Beyond that:

• 3-5 years of HVAC experience
• Real experience in both service and installation (our service techs need to know how to install)
• EPA certification
• Valid driver's license with a clean record
