You will act as the commercial owner for the product, working cross-functionally with Medical, Regulatory, Legal, Market Access, Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, and external partners.This role is ideal for someone who understands the pharmaceutical commercial landscape, can navigate MLR review, and can turn market insights into actionable product and brand strategies.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute product strategy, annual brand plans, forecasts, and lifecycle plans.Conduct market research, competitive intelligence, and customer insights across HCPs, patients, and payers.Lead launch readiness and cross-functional execution for new or expanded indications.Create and manage promotional and educational materials through Medical, Legal, and Regulatory (MLR) review.Partner with Market Access on payer strategy, formulary access, and reimbursement support.Track product KPIs, market share, revenue, and competitive activity; recommend course corrections.Ensure compliance with FDA promotional regulations, PhRMA guidelines, OIG, Sunshine Act, HIPAA, and internal policies.Manage agency and vendor relationships, budgets, and timelines.Support sales training, field team resources, and advisory board execution.Collaborate with Supply Chain and Regulatory on product lifecycle and label updates.Requirements3–5+ years of experience in pharmaceutical/biotech product management, brand marketing, commercial strategy, or related commercial roles.Experience with product launch and/or lifecycle management.Working knowledge of FDA promotional regulations and MLR review processes.Strong analytical, project management, and cross-functional leadership skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skills in a remote environment.Bachelor's degree required; MBA, PharmD, MS, or advanced degree preferred.Must be authorized to work in the United States and reside in the U.S.Fully remote U.S. positionMedical, dental, and vision insurance401(k) with company matchAnnual performance bonusFlexible PTOPaid parental leaveHome office stipendTravel reimbursement for approved meetings and engagementsJ-18808-Ljbffr
