Apartment Maintenance Technician

HVAC-Certified Maintenance TechnicianMakowsky Ringel Greenberg, LLC is currently accepting applications for an experienced, HVAC-certified Maintenance Technician for our roving maintenance team, which serves various apartment communities and commercial locations in the Memphis metropolitan area. This position's regular work schedule is Monday through Friday but also includes rotating on-call responsibilities and overtime as needed. The candidate should display strong organizational and customer service skills. The candidate must be able to manage time well, work unsupervised, and be able to perform on both residential and commercial sites as needed.Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Appliance repair and installationRepair and installation of HVAC equipmentPlumbing repairsElectrical repairsInstall, repair, and rekey locksRoutine preventive maintenancePreparing apartments for move-ins (make-ready work)Assist other company technicians as needed in trouble shooting and repairsAdhere to company safety policies, including applicable OSHA safety standardsDaily documentation of work performedAdditional duties and responsibilities as assigned
