Assistant Director, Territory Recruitment

Position Summary Assistant Director of Territory Recruitment. In this role, you will guide prospective students and their families through the admissions process, acting as a primary point of contact and ambassador for Xavier. The role requires strong sales and communications skills, exceptional customer service, and a willingness to travel for recruitment events. Job Responsibilities Travel throughout assigned territory. Build relationships with high school students, families, and guidance staff. Represent Xavier University positively. Organize and attend recruitment activities such as college fairs and high school visits. Evaluate applications for admission. Utilize CRM (Slate) to monitor student and territory performance. Requirements Bachelor’s degree required. At least 1 year of experience in a comparable recruitment role. Ability to adapt to change and handle multiple priorities. Excellent presentation, writing, and analytical skills. Qualified candidates in the Greater Cincinnati area will serve in an on‑campus capacity; others may be eligible for remote work.
