NextGen Hospitality Solutions is on the lookout for a Restaurant General Manager to lead our vibrant team in Dothan. This full-time, on-site position offers a unique opportunity to manage daily operations without the hassle of late nights. Responsibilities

Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Lead and manage staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling
Maintain high standards of food quality and customer service
Implement effective cost control strategies and manage budgets
Analyze sales and financial figures to drive profitability
Develop and implement promotional strategies to increase customer traffic
Foster a positive and productive team culture
Resolve customer complaints and ensure a satisfactory dining experience

Requirements

Proven experience as a Restaurant General Manager or similar role
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
Effective communication skills for team and customer interaction
Financial acumen and experience with budgeting and forecasting
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Bachelor's degree in business management or related field is a plus
