Electronics Assembler

REXA, Inc. is hiring at our brand-new manufacturing facility in Middleborough, MA!

We are growing, and we're looking for hands-on, electronics assemblers to join our manufacturing team.

Pay: $20.00-$24.00/hour depending on experience

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with their hands, utilizing tools, building equipment, reading electrical drawings, and being part of a growing team. You will assemble and test high-performance hydraulic and mechanical systems used in real-world applications.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assemble electronic subassemblies and parts orders using blueprints and 3D drawings
• Troubleshoot assemblies and perform bench testing
• Prepare assemblies for shipping
• Assist with inventory accuracy
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

QUALIFICATIONS

• 1+ years of experience working with electronics preferred; equivalent education, technical training, or hands-on experience will be considered.
• General knowledge of computers and office software
• Ability to perceive color differences required
• Ability to read and understand electronic drawings
  
• Ability to use precision measuring instruments, hand tools, and power tools to complete assembly tasks
• Ability to work independently and multitask in a fast-paced environment
• High School Diploma or GED

This is a hands-on manufacturing position. The ability to stand for most of the workday and perform tasks involving walking, bending, twisting, reaching, pushing, pulling, and lifting up to 50 lbs. is required. Exposure to electricity 100% of the time when testing.
