Technical Support Analyst

Job Description This role is responsible for supporting the full lifecycle of IT equipment, including receiving returned or damaged devices and assessing their condition to determine whether they require repair or replacement. The position involves preparing devices for deployment through tasks such as OS wipes, manual (USB-based) imaging, and system builds, as well as configuring software using tools like NinjaOne. The individual will also stage laptops and desktops to ensure all systems are fully set up prior to handoff. Additional responsibilities include managing asset lifecycle tasks such as intake, builds, and shipment preparation, handling light ticketing work in systems like Freshservice, and collaborating with a small technical support team to effectively manage workload and meet deployment timelines.
