Construction Manager – Utility Scale Solar (Travel) Location: Nationwide Travel (Starting in Pennsylvania) A growing renewable energy contractor is seeking Construction Managers at multiple experience levels to join their team on an active utility scale solar project in Pennsylvania. This company operates on large scale projects across the country with a pipeline that includes some of the biggest solar installations in the U.S. Role Summary: This is a traveling Construction Manager position operating on a 4 week rotation with the mechanical team. The company is open to candidates ranging from experienced Superintendents looking to step into a CM role all the way through Senior CMs with a strong track record in the field. Key Responsibilities: Oversee and manage day to day construction activities on utility scale solar project sites Coordinate with the mechanical team on site to ensure work is executed safely and on schedule Manage subcontractors and field crews and hold them accountable to project standards Monitor project progress against schedule and report to project leadership Enforce safety protocols and ensure full HSE compliance on site Travel to project sites nationwide on a 4 week rotation schedule Requirements: Experience as a Construction Superintendent or Construction Manager on utility scale solar projects Strong field leadership and subcontractor management skills Comfortable with a full time travel rotation schedule Proven track record of executing complex construction projects on time and within budget #J-18808-Ljbffr
