Operations Analyst

Russell Tobin is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Office Analyst to support the settlement and processing of primary and secondary syndicated loan trades within a fast-paced financial services environment. This role provides operational support to Leverage Finance and Bank Loan Desks while working closely with clients, sales/trading teams, and internal stakeholders to resolve issues, manage exceptions, and ensure accurate trade processing throughout the loan lifecycle. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent attention to detail, the ability to manage deadlines, and experience with loan operations. Key Responsibilities Provide operational support for the settlement of primary and secondary syndicated loan trades Support Leverage Finance and Bank Loan Desks with trade processing activities Work closely with clients, sales/trading teams, and internal stakeholders to resolve issues and inquiries Research, investigate, and resolve trade exceptions while managing operational risks Monitor trade processing workflows and ensure accuracy throughout the transaction lifecycle Maintain accurate documentation and records related to loan operations Communicate effectively across business teams, regions, and stakeholders Analyze problems, identify solutions, and provide clear explanations to clients and colleagues Meet deadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracy in a fast-paced environment Qualifications Previous experience in Credit Loan Operations, Middle Office, Loan Operations, Trade Support, or similar financial services roles Fundamental knowledge of Loan Operations and ClearPar strongly preferred Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a high-volume environment Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong time management and problem-solving abilitiesAdvanced proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Adobe Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while taking initiative independently Education Master’s Degree preferred but not required What We Offer Pride Global offers eligible employees a comprehensive benefits package, including: Medical, dental, and vision coverage Supplemental insurance (accident, critical illness, and hospital indemnity) Life and disability insurance Legal support services Auto, home, and pet insurance options Employee discounts with preferred vendors If you have strong analytical experience and are looking for an opportunity to work with a leading financial services organization, we encourage you to apply!
