HVAC Service Technician

Job Description Job Description We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HVAC Service Technician with a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of residential and light commercial heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, safety-conscious, and capable of independently diagnosing and resolving HVAC system issues while delivering exceptional service. Key Responsibilities * Residential & Commercial HVAC technician. * Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain HVAC systems, including air conditioners, heat pumps, furnaces, rooftop units, and ventilation equipment. * Perform preventive maintenance and system inspections to ensure optimal performance and energy efficiency. * Identify defective components and recommend appropriate repair or replacement solutions. * Install HVAC equipment/parts and system upgrades as needed. * Test system performance and ensure compliance with manufacturer specifications and local codes. * Maintain accurate service records, work orders, and documentation. * Communicate effectively with customers regarding system conditions, repair options, and maintenance recommendations. * Follow all company safety policies. * Participate in on-call rotations and emergency service calls as required. Qualifications * Minimum 5 years of HVAC service and repair experience . * Strong knowledge of residential and commercial HVAC systems. * Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. * Proficient in using HVAC diagnostic tools and equipment. * Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. * Strong customer service and communication abilities. * Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in various environmental conditions, including attics, rooftops, and confined spaces.
