Evansville, IN - This position is located in Evansville, IN. This is not a remote role.

$50,000–$70,000 Annually Monday–Friday | 9:00 AM–5:00 PM No Weekends • Paid Lunch • Paid Time Off

What You'll Do

As an Associate Attorney, you'll manage cases while helping individuals and families navigate challenging financial situations.

Responsibilities include:

• Meet with prospective and existing clients to evaluate legal needs
• Guide clients through the bankruptcy process with professionalism and compassion
• Prepare petitions, schedules, motions, and supporting legal documents
• Manage cases from consultation through final resolution
• Represent clients during hearings and meetings with creditors
• Conduct legal research and develop effective case strategies
• Maintain accurate case files and documentation
• Collaborate with attorneys and support staff to deliver exceptional client service

Required

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school
• Licensed to practice law in Indiana or eligible for Indiana licensure
• Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with exceptional attention to detail
• Commitment to client advocacy and professional service

Preferred

Experience in one or more of the following:

• Bankruptcy Law
• Consumer Law
• Civil Litigation
• Family Law
• General Practice
• Creditor Rights
