Oncology RN

Schedule
10 hr Day
Monday - Friday, 7:30 AM - 6:00 PM
No nights or weekends

Assignment Details
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Guaranteed Hours: 40 per week

Requirements
- Massachusetts RN License (can be obtained at time of offer)
- Experience with chemotherapy administration required
- Ambulatory experience
- BLS & ACLS certifications required
- OCN certification preferred but not required
- Chemotherapy/Immunotherapy Certification through ONS (can receive at time of offer)

Roles & Responsibilities
- Administer chemotherapy and immunotherapy under established protocols.
- Monitor patients during treatment for adverse reactions and provide appropriate interventions.
- Educate patients and families on treatment plans, potential side effects, and self-care strategies.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient care and outcomes.
- Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation.
- Participate in quality assurance and improvement initiatives.

- Travel rate $8 less
- May be included in Saturday call rotation approximately once every 11 weeks
