Laboratory Technician

Role Descriptions: Must Have Technical/Functional Skills (yellow) as mentioned below: Candidate must have experience in Handling the wet chemistry lab equipment’s, particularly highlighted equipment pH meter (chem lab but should live wherever degradation will be conducted) Water baths and temperature monitoring system (chem lab – degradation) Drying glovebox (location TBD – ash view, flex lab, chem lab) Mocon oxygen tester (currently on pilot floor but can be relocated) Oven for KF samples (chem lab but could be located elsewhere if needed) Nice to Have Skill Understanding of GMP and regulated lab environments (medical device/pharma preferred) Experience supporting IQ/OQ/PQ for lab equipment or processes Documentation practices aligned with audit-ready and traceable systems Ensure strict adherence to lab safety protocols while working with hazardous chemicals. Perform chemical characterization using techniques like FTIR, DSC, and titration methods. Support compliance with GMP and maintain documentation aligned with audit-ready standards. Assist in lab equipment/process validation activities (IQ/OQ/PQ) and overall lab operations. Generic Managerial Skills, If any Strong communication skills, with proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English. Ability to multitask, understand customer requirements, and respond promptly and accurately. Capability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment. Ability to understand and follow complex written procedures. Ability to work effectively in a team environment and contribute to team goals. Strong decision‑making and problem‑solving abilities with sound situational judgment.
