This full-time role is predominantly remote, allowing you to deliver vital telehealth services to clients from the comfort of your own home while maintaining a flexible schedule. Work Environment

This position operates in a remote telehealth setting. You will enjoy the advantages of a flexible work schedule, including the ability to work full-time between Monday through Friday or part-time hours from Monday to Saturday. Our remote framework allows you to engage with clients through secure video conferencing platforms, ensuring privacy and accessibility for all involved. Note: there are no weekend hours required, promoting a healthy work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations, developing individualized therapy strategies tailored to each client’s unique needs.
• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals, couples, families, and groups, utilizing modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.
• Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date clinical records, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.
• Collaborate as part of a multidisciplinary team to provide holistic client care, including consultation with medical professionals and participation in case management when applicable.
• Engage in ongoing professional development through workshops and training sessions, keeping abreast of the latest research and methods in the field of mental health.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work with a diverse clientele, ranging from children to adults, who face a variety of mental health challenges including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Your expertise will help guide them in navigating these obstacles while fostering resilience and coping skills necessary for their growth and recovery.

Qualifications

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.
• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) in Maryland.
• A minimum of two years of experience in a clinical counseling role, demonstrating a solid understanding of therapeutic modalities.
• Comprehensive knowledge of legal and ethical standards governing the practice of counseling.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport with a wide range of clients.

Preferred Experience

• Specialization in areas such as family therapy, couples therapy, substance use disorders, or trauma-informed care is highly desirable.
• Prior experience in a telehealth or remote counseling setting is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to USD 110,000 annually, depending on experience, plus a performance-based bonus structure.
