Associate Director, Market Research and Analytics - Eye Care

Associate Director leading market research and analytics strategy for Eye Care at AbbVie. Responsible for designing and executing research initiatives, synthesizing insights across primary and secondary sources, and partnering with internal teams and external agencies to inform commercial decision-making.
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and manage marketing research and analytics initiatives for Eye Care business
- Derive insights from qualitative, quantitative, primary, and secondary research to inform strategy
- Lead custom research projects independently and manage supplier and stakeholder relationships
- Develop and execute measurement plans for brand program performance and ROI assessment
- Synthesize research findings across multiple sources and communicate actionable recommendations
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required; Advanced degree (MA, MS, MBA, PhD) preferred
- 10+ years of marketing research and/or analytics experience
- Experience with Eye Care industry, OTC, and pharmaceutical syndicated data sources preferred
- Strong analytical reasoning, business acumen, and project management skills
- Ability to present effectively to all organizational levels verbally and in writing
- Experience navigating matrixed, fast-paced environments and cross-functional collaboration
- Demonstrated leadership and high-performing team membership
