Warehouse Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $ 18.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift (Monday through Thursday from 05:00am to 03:30pm)

• Training will be during 2nd shift hours 3:00pm- 2:00am, moved to 1st afterward.
• Pull products, parts, or materials from warehouse shelves and bays based on pick lists, tablets, or barcode scanners.
• Group and organize gathered items in designated shipping zones.
• Check order quantities, product types, and quality standards against customer invoices or purchase orders before packing.
• Wrap, box, or crate merchandise using appropriate packing materials (such as bubble wrap, cartons, or pallets) to prevent damage during transit.
• Stack goods neatly onto pallets and secure them with shrink-wrap or strapping.
• Affix accurate shipping labels, packing slips, tracking barcodes, and special handling instructions to containers.
• Generate and complete bills of lading, shipping manifests, and weight calculations.
• Record outbound transaction data, inventory deductions, and tracking numbers into a Warehouse Management System. Loading & Carrier Coordination
• Transfer packed goods onto delivery trucks.
• Use material handling equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
• Coordinate pickup schedules and instructions with freight carriers, delivery drivers, and logistics personnel.

Warehouse Qualifications:

• Must have 3 year forklift experience
• Must be able to work 1st/2nd shift
• Must interview with client
• Must have a high school diploma/ GED
• Ability to lift 50 to 75 pounds
• Ability to read and verify packing slips, bills of lading, purchase orders, and work orders.
• Basic proficiency in office software (such as Microsoft Outlook and Excel) and experience using Warehouse Management Systems.
• Basic arithmetic to count inventory, verify weights, and measure dimensions

• Applicant may be subject to a background check
• Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
