3rd Shift Quality Technician

PROMAN Staffing is seeking an experienced Quality Technician to support a manufacturing facility in Arnold, MO. This position is responsible for ensuring all products meet established quality standards through detailed inspection, measurement, and documentation processes. Candidates must have prior experience in a manufacturing quality role and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform quality inspections on manufactured components
• Identify defects, inconsistencies, and out-of-spec materials
• Use precision measuring instruments to verify product specifications
• Accurately complete inspection documentation and reports
• Interpret work instructions, specifications, and quality standards
• Communicate quality issues and collaborate with production teams
• Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant work area

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1+ year of quality inspection experience in a manufacturing environment
• Proven experience using calipers, micrometers, gauges, or similar measuring tools
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, work instructions, or specifications
• Strong attention to detail and ability to detect minor defects
• Basic math skills and ability to record accurate measurements
• Ability to stand, walk, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift
• Strong reliability and attendance record
• Ability to work independently and make sound decisions

Additional Requirements:

• Must have reliable transportation
• Must be able to work assigned shift and overtime as required
• Must pass a background check and drug screening
