Customer Support Associate

Were looking for a Customer Support Associate to support the preparation and delivery of goods or services, coordinate tasks to ensure deadlines are met, and follow safety procedures and company policies. Other duties include manage daily responsibilities with a focus on quality and efficiency, gain knowledge of company offerings to better serve clients, work collaboratively across teams and departments, adapt to shifting priorities and business needs, maintain accurate records and documentation, along with respond promptly to inquiries and resolve basic issues, provide excellent service to customers and team members, assist with organizing, stocking, and general upkeep, assist with processing returns and exchanges. To excel in this position, you should have a willingness to learn and adapt, good communication skills, reliability and strong work ethic, basic computer literacy, a positive and cooperative attitude, and the ability to follow directions.
