Looking for a nurse to commit to every other weekend from 6a - 10a on Sat &/or Sun, other shift potentials as well as visits available throughout the week if interested. Monitor patient’s condition and notify appropriate personnel of any changes. Patient flow sheet charting. Provide those services requiring substantial and specialized nursing skill. Assures proper maintenance of clinical records in compliance with local, state and federal laws. Counsels the patient and family in meeting nursing and related needs. Varied assistance is required depending on the mobility of the client.
