Sales Representative (Bilingual: Spanish & English)

We are a leading Asian food distributor looking for a motivated and dynamic Sales Representative to join our growing team in Pompano Beach, FL. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and expanding our client base across Asian and international supermarkets, restaurants, and food service establishments.

Key Responsibilities

• Account Management & Field Sales: Visit existing and prospective client accounts across the local region (typically conducting visits from morning through pre-dinner hours).
• Sales Growth: Identify new business opportunities within multicultural food markets, including Asian restaurants and grocery sectors.
• Daily Reporting: Report to the Pompano Beach facility every morning at 9:00 AM for daily planning and alignment.
• Product Support & Delivery Assistance: Handle sales, product introduction, and occasional physical handling/loading of core inventory products (e.g., rice bags and food service supplies).

Requirements & Qualifications

• Language Proficiency: Full professional fluency in both Spanish and English is required.
• Industry Experience: Direct experience in the food industry, food distribution, or supermarket/grocery sales is strongly preferred.
• Commute: Must be commuting distance of the Pompano Beach location (no remote/work-from-home options available).
• Work Authorization: Must possess valid legal authorization to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available.
• Background Check: Must be able to pass a comprehensive background check.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: $55,000$65,000+ total target compensation depending on experience (Entry-level base starts around $55,000 with bonus potential over $60,000; candidates with prior industry experience can earn significantly higher base tiers).
• Company Vehicle: Provided after 3 months of successful employment.
