Sales Associate - Flex

Summary Provide exceptional customer service while supporting sales and merchandising on the retail floor. Engage with customers to understand their needs, promote products, and drive transactions. Maintain a flexible schedule to support store hours and peak periods. Responsibilities Greet and assist customers, deliver personalized shopping experiences, and build customer relationships. Meet or exceed individual and store sales goals and promote current store initiatives and promotions. Operate POS systems to process sales, returns, and exchanges accurately. Maintain visual merchandising standards, restock merchandise, and ensure sales floor presentation is tidy and inviting. Requirements Minimum 2 years of retail or customer service experience preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach.
