Oracle Workflow Shell Scripting Application Support & AMS Provide L2/L3 production support for Oracle EBS and Fusion applications. Manage Incident, Problem, Change, and Service Request processes following ITIL standards. Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement permanent corrective actions. Monitor concurrent programs, workflows, interfaces, and custom applications to ensure system stability. Maintain SLA compliance and service performance metrics. Project & Team Management Lead global teams across multiple geographies. Prepare project plans, cutover plans, deployment strategies, and resource estimates. Collaborate with business users, technical teams, vendors, and Oracle Support. Mentor functional and technical consultants and conduct knowledge transfer sessions. Drive governance, quality assurance, and documentation standards following AIM/OUM methodologies.
