Right at Home Spokane is a family-owned, award-winning home care agency seeking reliable and compassionate professionals to join our team as a Caregiver. We are hiring for both full-time and part-time roles and welcome individuals who are passionate about providing high-quality care and support.

Competitive Pay: $20–$22 per hour (based on experience and certification)

Key Responsibilities of a Caregiver:

• Assist clients with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Support daily living activities such as meal preparation and light housekeeping
• Provide medication reminders and companionship as a trusted Caregiver
• Deliver one-on-one care in clients' homes while promoting independence

Caregiver Requirements:

• HCA or CNA certification preferred (training available for qualified Caregiver applicants)
• Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds
• Must pass a background check, drug screening, and competency evaluation
• Dependable, compassionate, and professional Caregiver mindset
