As a Staff Technical Recruiter, you will own Engineering and Product hiring. You'll be the strategic recruiting partner for senior engineering and product leadership, operating in a market where Nubank's brand is still being built - which means your ability to tell our story, source creatively, and close exceptional candidates is what moves the needle. You'll Be Responsible For Owning full-cycle recruiting for Engineering and Product roles Building deep passive candidate pipelines using advanced sourcing intelligence - going beyond LinkedIn to find talent where it actually lives: GitHub, ArXiv, technical communities, and industry networks Acting as a strategic talent advisor to engineering and product leadership: shaping role profiles, defining hiring bars and translating business goals into actionable hiring strategy Using data to manage pipeline health proactively - building dashboards, tracking funnel conversion, and communicating clearly with senior stakeholders Designing scalable hiring processes that protect candidate experience Contributing to Nubank's employer brand in a market where we're still earning recognition among top engineering talent We Are Looking For Someone Who Has A proven track record of full-cycle technical recruiting, with demonstrated depth closing passive candidates at Staff and Principal engineer levels Hands-on sourcing expertise for hard-to-fill roles - with specific tactics and channels Experience recruiting for AI/ML, infrastructure, or platform engineering roles, with enough technical fluency to calibrate candidates independently A data-driven approach to pipeline management: someone who builds their own reporting, uses metrics to influence strategy, and knows when to escal​e and when to pivot The ability to operate with high autonomy in ambiguous environments - building structure, managing multiple competing priorities, and maintaining quality Experience partnering with senior engineering leadership as a true talent advisor Fluency in English is required Location Miami, United States (Other US locations can be considered; Brazil can be considered) Work Model Hybrid 1week/cycle : Our hybrid work model brings us to the office for one week every cycle, which may vary between one and three months.
