We are a hybrid environment that combines the energy and connections of being in the office with the benefits and flexibility of working from home. We currently require a minimum of three coordinated days in the office per week, Monday, Wednesday and Thursday. As a perk, we also have up to four weeks per year of fully remote work!ResponsibilitiesSolutions Consultants at Brex are responsible for leading the consultative, value-driven sales motion. This is not a traditional demo role. SCs act as trusted advisors, helping customers:Understand their current state and challengesReframe problems and identify opportunitiesEvaluate Brex as a strategic solutionYou will partner closely with Account Executives to shape deal strategy, guide customer decision-making, and ensure solutions are aligned to real business outcomes, not just product features.Requirements3 - 6+ years of experience in Solutions Consulting, Sales Engineering, or similar customer-facing roles in SaaSStrong discovery skills with the ability to diagnose business problems, not just respond to requirementsAbility to communicate complex concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiencesExperience presenting to senior stakeholders, including executive-level audiencesStrong collaboration skills and ability to partner effectively with Sales and cross-functional teamsComfort with ambiguity and ability to create structure in evolving environmentsCuriosity and a desire to continuously learn, improve, and refine your approachCompensationThe expected OTE range for this role is $137,600 to $172,000. The starting wage will depend on a number of factors including the candidate’s location, skills, experience, market demands, and internal pay parity. The OTE figure listed here includes base salary and commissions, which may or may not be earned depending on performance.
