Position Overview

We are seeking experienced and compassionate ICU Registered Nurses (RNs) for AM and PM shifts in South Boston, VA. This is a great opportunity for skilled critical care nurses looking to bring their expertise to a fast-paced, patient-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality care to critically ill patients in the ICU setting
• Monitor patient conditions, including vital signs, cardiac rhythms, and neurological status
• Administer medications, IV therapies, and life-support treatments
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
• Operate and manage critical care equipment such as ventilators and cardiac monitors
• Document patient care accurately and in a timely manner
• Respond quickly to changes in patient condition and emergency situations

Requirements

• Active RN License (VA or compact)
• Minimum 1 year of recent ICU experience (required specialty)
• Minimum 2 years of overall RN experience
• BLS & ACLS certifications required
• Strong critical thinking and clinical assessment skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment
