Benefits Flexible schedule Paid time off Competitive salary, excellent benefits package, PTO accrual, wellness programs, and professional development Hourly pay structure plus commission on claims Paid continuing education time Pay for administrative time that covers consultation and documentation Location Central NW Austin, Texas Salary $55,000.00 - $67,000.00 per year Responsibilities and Duties Evaluate mental health diagnosis and create and implement treatment plans Maintain ongoing documentation including diagnoses, treatment plan reviews, and case notes per company policy For full‑time clinicians maintain a caseload of at least 25 client visits per week Provide excellent customer service for clients and collaborate with the dynamic team to meet community needs Utilize creative interventions to help clients achieve and exceed goals Prepare and submit individual documentation for each session per company guidelines and protocol Coordinate services with case managers, families, work personnel, medical personnel, other Ellie staff, and school staff as needed Attend and participate in all clinical staff meetings and trainings Required Qualifications and Skills Master’s degree in a behavioral science or related field from an accredited college or university; on track to obtain licensure in designating field Pursuing or holding clinical licensure (LMFT, LPCC, LICSW, LP, etc.) Experience completing DAs, treatment plans, and clinical case notes Experience working with children, adolescents and teens Effective written and verbal communication skills Ability to demonstrate and model stable, appropriate boundaries with clients Timely completion and submission of documentation and other required documents Comfort and familiarity working with a diverse client base Proficiency with typical office technology and electronic health record systems Preferred Qualifications and Skills Fully licensed mental health professional (LICSW, LMFT, LPCC, LP) with a valid Texas license Experience with couples and families Knowledge of therapy services, community resources, insurance billing, and mental health documentation Experience with insurance panel credentialing EEO Statement BIPOC and LGBTQ candidates are encouraged to apply.
