We provide one-on-one, in-home care that allows seniors to remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes while giving our caregivers the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with every client.

We do our best to match caregivers with clients based on:

• Your preferred travel distance

• Your availability

• Your experience and skill level

• The type of clients you enjoy working with

The more flexible you are with travel and availability, the more opportunities you'll have to build your schedule.

Competitive Pay & Benefits

Starting Pay: $14.00–$16.00 per hour

Weekend, overnight, and advanced-care assignments may offer higher pay based on experience and client needs.

• $250 after 90 days

• $250 after 180 days

(20+ hours per week commitment required.)

What You'll Do

As a caregiver, you'll provide compassionate one-on-one care while helping seniors remain safe and independent in their homes.

Responsibilities include:

• Personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting)

• Safe transfers and mobility assistance

• Dementia & Alzheimer's care

• Medication reminders

• Meal preparation

• Light housekeeping

• Laundry

• Transportation to appointments and errands

• Grocery shopping

• Companionship

• Monitoring changes in clients' conditions

• Documentation using our caregiver mobile app

Qualifications

We're looking for caregivers who are:

• Compassionate

• Dependable

• Reliable

• Excellent communicators

Requirements:

• Minimum availability of 20 hours per month

• Valid Driver's License

• Reliable vehicle with current auto insurance

• Authorized to work in the United States

• Smartphone for scheduling and documentation

• Ability to safely lift, transfer, push, and pull clients when needed

• Pass a criminal background check and drug screening

• Three professional references

Experience is preferred but not required—we provide paid training to help you succeed.
