Job Summary We are seeking a passionate and skilled Baker to join our team. We provide training for those who are interested in learning. The ideal candidate will have a strong food preparation and production background, focusing on creating high-quality baked goods. This role requires creativity, attention to detail, and a commitment to food safety standards. As a Baker, you will be responsible for producing various baked items, including pastries, cakes and bars. Responsibilities Prepare and bake a wide range of products including , pastries, cakes, and other desserts. Follow recipes accurately to ensure consistency in taste and presentation. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the baking area in compliance with food safety regulations. Organize finished products for display and adjust item count on the POS. Assist in catering orders as needed, providing high-quality baked goods for events. Collaborate with team members to develop new recipes and improve existing offerings. Requirements Experience as a Baker or in a similar role within the food industry is preferred but we can train the right candidate. Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations. Knowledge in food preparation techniques and equipment operation. Ability to work efficiently while maintaining the space clean and organized. Ability to communicate needs with team members.
