Claudine Kitchen & Bakeshop is a busy, from-scratch brunch kitchen in Los Angeles — and we’re hiring skilled, reliable, and hard-working people to join our back-of-house team.
We’re a values-driven company built on Integrity, Persistence, Gratitude, and Family. We believe in showing up on time, doing things the right way, helping each other out, and having pride in our food and each other. If you’ve got heart, hustle, and at least one year of kitchen experience, we want to meet you.
Who You Are:
- A responsible human being with a good attitude
- 1+ year experience in a commercial kitchen as a line cook
- Able to work in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen with a sense of urgency
- Takes ownership of your station — clean, consistent, and organized
- Coachable, communicative, and a true team player
What You’ll Do:
- Cook eggs, grill on the flat top, or build beautiful brunch plates
- Work pantry station, prep produce, proteins, and more
- Wash dishes, maintain cleanliness, and support your team
- Learn and rotate through multiple stations — we cross-train and promote from within

- Be a morning person

- Weekend and holiday availability required
- Part-time starting roles available with potential for more hours
- Compensation depends on experience and availability
- Must have (or get) CA Food Handler Certification
