After an initial ramp-up period, you will run the route without day-to-day oversight. The right candidate takes pride in doing things right and doesn't need to be managed to do so.What You'll Do:In-store merchandising to ensure shelves are stocked, rotated, and properly presentedWarehouse duties including loading, unloading, and inventory organizationOrder entry, sales recording, and credit writing using a Zebra handheld deviceOngoing monitoring of prior sales data and upcoming promotions to optimize store-level inventoryCompensation:1099 Opportunity, paid as performance-based marginMargin is calculated on net sales; a well-run route with minimal stales and returns keeps earnings consistently in this rangeTortillas are a household staple — this route is recession-proof and earnings adjust automatically with inflation as product prices moveWhat We're Looking For:Self-directed and dependable — capable of owning a route without daily directionDetail-oriented, with strong follow-through on inventory, merchandising standards, and data entryPrior DSD, grocery, or food route experience is a plus, but not requiredWhat We Offer:Full autonomy after ramp-upAn established customer base with no cold sellingEarly morning schedule with early afternoon finish timesFor the right candidate, future opportunity to invest in or take on additional routesTo express interest: Visit and click on the Distribution tab at the top to complete the form.
