We are seeking an experienced Oracle Supply Chain Management Consultant with strong expertise in Oracle Order Management and Supply Chain Management. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business analysis, process improvement, requirements gathering, and Oracle system configuration, with the ability to collaborate effectively with business and technical stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for improvement across Order Management and Supply Chain Management
  • Gather, analyze, and document detailed business and system requirements
  • Translate business requirements into effective Oracle solutions and configurations
  • Support Oracle Order Management and Supply Chain Management system configuration
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and project teams to deliver solutions
  • Manage and support project lifecycle activities from requirements through implementation
  • Troubleshoot system and business process issues and coordinate resolution
  • Conduct impact analysis and support testing and validation activities
  • Ensure solutions meet business requirements and quality standards
  • Prepare functional documentation, process flows, and system specifications
  • Support continuous process improvement and system optimization
  • Provide guidance and knowledge transfer to business and technical teams
Required Qualifications
  • 6 8 years of experience in Oracle Supply Chain Management or related consulting roles
  • Strong expertise in Oracle Order Management
  • Solid understanding of Supply Chain Management processes
  • Strong Business Systems Analysis and requirements gathering experience
  • Experience with Oracle system configuration and process improvement
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Strong troubleshooting and analytical abilities
  • Experience supporting project lifecycle activities
