Join our team as a Field Marketer and become a vital part of our team by showcasing Champion Product lines acting as a brand ambassador to potential clients.As a Field Marketer, you will schedule appointments while canvassing, at home shows, festivals or event locations as assigned. You may also demonstrate Champion Windows and Home Exterior products to prospects while at events. We are looking for someone who is positive, energetic and is comfortable dealing directly with clients.Hourly Base Pay: $19.00 to $20.00 per hour plus commissionResponsibilitiesApproach/engage potential prospects while canvassing, at home shows, conventions, festivals, and fairsDoor-to-door residential appointment settingMaintain company standards for appearance and attireMaintain a consistent positive attitude in the workplaceBe up-to-date with current product knowledge and promotionsConsistent reliability and availabilityDisplay professional time managementSchedule in-home estimate appointments for sales teamAssist with booth setup and breakdownContribute to internal social media platforms and company culture effortsUtilize data entry on multiple forms of mobile technologyQualificationsHigh School Diploma or GED equivalent requiredSelf-motivated and competitive spiritAggressive and consistent prospect engagementExcellent written and verbal communicationValid driver's license, clean driving record and reliable transportationMust be able to work weekendsAbility to work well in a team environment and independentlyAbility to stand for up to 8 - 10 hoursAbility to walk for 4 - 8 hoursWilling to travel 10%If you're ready to take on a dynamic role that allows you to engage with clients and promote top-quality products, we encourage you to apply for the Field Marketer position.
