• Permanent 3rd Shift Position
• Initial 4-5 week training period on day shift

What You'll Do

As an Electro-Mechanical Maintenance Technician, you'll play a critical role in maintaining and improving highly automated manufacturing equipment that drives continuous production.

Daily Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and production equipment
• Diagnose and repair PLC-controlled systems and industrial automation equipment
• Troubleshoot motors, motor controls, drives, sensors, and electrical components
• Work with VFDs, relays, contactors, and industrial control circuits
• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance to maximize equipment uptime
• Analyze equipment failures, identify root causes, and implement permanent solutions
• Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical drawings
• Collaborate with production teams to reduce downtime and improve reliability
• Maintain maintenance documentation, parts inventories, and work orders

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of industrial maintenance experience
• Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills
• Experience working with PLC-based control systems
• Experience troubleshooting VFDs and motor controls
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and blueprints
• Experience with 120V, 240V, and 480V electrical systems
• High School Diploma or GED

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of Lancaster, PA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $62400.00 - $72800.00/yr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
